Flavors

Mocha Cake
Coffee flavoured sponge cake sprinkled with coffee liquer syrup and layered with mocha buttercream.

Gianduja Cake
Layers of chocolate and vanilla cake filled with a deliciously sweet hazelnut milk chocolate buttercream.

Ube Cake
A truelly traditional Philippine specialty made with lushly purple ube (taro) root flavour in both cake and frosting.

Marble Cake
Layers of chocolate and vanilla sponge cake with alternating layers of chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Traditional Fruit Cake
Old fashioned rich cake loaded with candied fruits and assorted nuts in a dark molasses batter and drowned in rum or brandy, ideal for saving for the 1st year anniversery.

Chocolate Caramel Cake
Rich chocolate cake filled with dulce de leche (caramelized condensed milk), iced in caramel buttercream and covered with chocolate ganache.

Almond Crunch Cake
Layers of vanilla sponge and almond meringue, laced with Amaretto syrup and iced in Italian vanilla buttercream.

Lemon Curd Cake
A citrus butter cake filled with lemon curd and iced with Italian orange and lemon zest buttercream.

Coconut Cake
Coconut cake laced with coconut liquer filled with young coconut strands and iced in Italian coconut buttercream.

Carrot Cake
Sweetly spiced and with crushed pineapples, filled with cream cheese icing and buttercream.
